Terms of Service
Bolta Punjab · last updated 24 October 2026
Bolta Punjab is a messaging and calling service built and operated by Apits Network, Lahore, Pakistan ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- Your phone number — or, if you signed up with one, your email address — is your account. You must be able to receive messages at the number or address you register, and you must not register one that is not yours.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. Keep your device locked, and use two-step verification if you want a second barrier.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- If you stop using a number, the account tied to it may eventually be used by whoever is later issued that number. Delete your account before you give up a number.
2. What you may not do
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- threaten, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or share material that sexually exploits or endangers a child;
- send bulk unsolicited messages, or use the service for automated messaging at scale;
- distribute malware, or attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on, or get around its rate limits, security measures or access controls;
- collect other users' information — including phone numbers — for any purpose other than messaging the people you know;
- share content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any message, user or group from within the app, and block anyone. Reports are reviewed by the service's administrators, who remove content and block accounts that break these terms. We aim to act on every report within 24 hours.
3. What you send
What you write and the files you send remain yours. By sending them you give the service permission to store, transmit and display them for the purpose of operating the service — delivering them to the people you chose, and showing them back to you across your devices. Nothing you send is used for advertising, and the service shows no advertising.
Messages on this service are not end-to-end encrypted. They are stored on the service's servers in a form the service can read. The Privacy Policy explains what that means in practice. Please judge what you send accordingly.
4. Reports, suspension and removal
- You can report a user or a group from within the app. A report may include up to ten of the reported person's own messages from that chat, so that an administrator can see what is being complained about.
- Accounts may be blocked, and content removed, where these terms are broken — and without notice where there is a risk to someone's safety or to the service.
- Blocking another user stops their messages and calls reaching you. It is yours to apply and to undo.
5. Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features may be added or removed. Where a change would affect what is stored about you, the Privacy Policy is updated with it.
Do not rely on this service alone where a message must certainly arrive. It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call the relevant emergency number directly.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Apits Network is not liable for loss arising from your use of the service, from messages or files sent through it by anyone, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account. What happens to your information when you do is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes, and continuing to use the service means accepting the revised terms.
